Shipping policy

New Zealand orders are sent using tracked delivery. Australian orders are shipped using an international tracked service. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier or customs delays.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges applied upon arrival unless these charges were specifically collected at checkout. Tracking details will be emailed once the order has been dispatched.
